One bedroom apartment 47m2, Zabjelo, Podgorica

The apartment has two corridors, the room and the bathroom are separated by a separate corridor. The square footage of the apartment is 47m2. I am selling the apartment semi-furnished, everything you see in the photos is included in the price of the apartment except the leather furniture in the living room, the refrigerator and the pictures on the wall. The dining room and kitchen elements, as well as two chests of drawers and a table in the living room are completely new (unused). In the whole apartment, the walls are covered with a gel technique (which can be cleaned), which means that it is not ordinary plastering. Terrace in estate certificate do not enter because those old apartments were not included in the square footage of the apartment, that is an additional 5 square meters, the terrace is closed, with completely new tiles on the floor and stonework on the wall.
In the rest of the apartment, the parquet has also been restored, i.e. planed. As for the carpentry, I don’t know how it looks to you in the photos, it was done the same way as the safari technique. Although it is an old building, the apartment is mostly tidy, fully habitable, any investments would be a matter of taste and minimal.
